This course is for those who are learning the sport for the first time. It consists of learning the sport of spearfishing in a safe, sustainable and successful manner.
Course starts at the shop where you and your instructor will go over the manual. At 8:00 a.m., check in for a brief power point instruction. Then onto the boat for two spearfishing training dives with your instructor.
You’ll learn about the equipment, techniques, safety and regulations. We’ll clean your catch after the dives for you to take to a local restaurant for dinner. Class includes a PADI specialty card. Experience spearfishing in Islamorada with the best crew!
